Bankstown Bites 2009

Bankstown Bites 2009, Bankstown's annual food festival was a successful and vibrant day once again this year attracting over 35, 000 people from all over Sydney. An event put together by Bankstown City Council, BYDS was commissioned to organise some of the entertainment for the day including; street theatre by Janie Gibson and Bill Reda, breakdancing by Hybrid Formz, Bhangra dancing by Platinum Indian Entertainment, Oceania Pacifica who performed a selection of Polynesian dances from Tahiti, Samoa and the Cook Islands, an Installation Trading Places by Jane Stratton, and face painting by Neil Trindall.
